You can use your credit card by telephone or fax (you can use e-mail but it is not guaranteed secure). You must have either a VISA or Mastercard and will need to let us know the card type, card number, expiry date, cardholder name and address. The delivery address must be the same as the registered address of the cardholder. PLEASE NOTE THAT CREDIT CARD ORDERS UNDER £20.00 ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% HANDLING CHARGE. |

We can only accept cheques in sterling drawn against a UK bank account. Cheques should be made out to "Ride and Drive". |

For books we require payment in full before despatch. All prices are in UK Sterling. Books are zero VAT rated.
In the event of any dispute arising from an order it shall be resolved in the English courts. |

The Company does not accept returned goods unless by prior arrangement and reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking/handling charge. Returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving the Goods. Specially ordered items i.e. those not usually kept in stock can only be returned at the discretion of the Company. |

Postage and packing will be charged at cost. Please contact us before placing an order so we can advise you of this cost. Packages in the UK are usually sent by first class post but heavy/long items will be sent by courier. Packages to non-UK addresses will be sent via airmail unless requested otherwise. Certain items are not suitable for sending by post ie. driving whips and are therefore not available outside mainland UK. |
